The BMW XM Label has been designated as the MotoGP Safety Car for the 2024 season, marking a significant milestone as the first electrified high-performance vehicle in this role. This SUV, the most powerful BMW M car to date, features a hybrid system combining a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with an electric motor, delivering a total output of 748 horsepower and 737 lb-ft of torque. It is equipped with special modifications for safety car duties, including flashing front lights, a roof bar, Recaro seats, a six-point racing harness, and a fire extinguisher.
