Ruru is a highly energetic and cheerful phantom in the novel-based anime series Musaigen no Phantom World by Souichirou Shinno, illustrations by Shirabi. As a small fairy phantom, she states that her complete name is Rurararirararururirirari Rirararururararururararirari. She is often seen by Haruhiko Ichijo’s side and is quite popular with the girls in Hosea Academy since she has transformed into a human being. Ramune Natsuno is her human name.  Her ability is to turn things or a small area pixelated, even herself. Ruru takes pride in herself and is often the leader to motivate Haruhiko when he slacks off.
