Seljalandsfoss is a waterfall located at the southern part of Iceland. It drops 60 meters and is part of the Seljalands River which originates from the volcanic glacier Eyjafjallajokull. It cascades over steep cliff allowing visitors to walk behind the curtain of waterfall and look at the picturesque meadow from a small cave. Summer is the best time to visit as tourists may also witness the colorful wild flowers that blossom around the waterfall.
