Hinduism

Hinduism is one of the world’s oldest religions, originating in the Indian subcontinent. It has no single founder and encompasses a diverse range of beliefs and practices. Key aspects include a pantheon of deities representing different facets of the ultimate reality (Brahman), a belief in the cycle of rebirth (samsara) governed by karma, and the ultimate goal of achieving liberation (moksha). Hinduism emphasizes moral and social duties (dharma), incorporates various yogic practices, and is characterized by cultural and regional diversity. Temples, rituals, and sacred texts, such as the Vedas and Upanishads, play crucial roles in Hindu worship and spirituality.
