Sitara Dhawan is a character from the action-adventure video game Watch Dogs 2. She might be from Los Angeles, but she always loathed the hollow celebrity culture. This was why she decided to move downtown South Francisco for a healthier change. Once there, she discovered that the soulless tech corporations replaced the hollow celebrities.

Sitara was once a part of a group of artists who helped her enhance her skills. However, she eventually left them when she realized that they would rather make more money than make a statement. These circumstances were what led her to ultimately join the hacking group DedSec where she functions as a public image specialist. Her logo packing is always a punch and her public message is always on point, while she manages her personal DedSec blog at the same time.
